Mid-American Print Council Journal
My essay "Print Relationality and Queer Aesthetics" was recently published in the Spring/Summer 2016 Volume of the Mid-American Print Council Journal, titled "Print Social Justice: Past, Present and Future." Other contributors include: Ruthann Godollei, Jessica Caponigro, Guen Montgomery, Rachel Singel, Saad Ghosn and more.
In the essay, I explore printmaking’s ability to give voice to marginalized identities, communities, and ideas, with a particular focus on José Esteban Muñoz’s writings on queer theory.
The journal can be viewed online here where you can also purchase physical copies.
