THEROPHOBIA
Therophobia is an animation project and series of prints focused on gray wolves as ecological subjects, contentious figures in colonial history, and potential guides into new eco-emotional-territories. This project is participatory, including interviews with wolf biologist Cristina Eisenbergand one with Robert Shimek (Red Lake Anishinaabe), then Executive Director of the White Earth Land Recovery Project. Materials are appropriated from late 19th century and early 20th century historical documents.
